"HIGH FLOW"^TM SECTOR

"High Flow"^TM brand sectors (see photos) are manufactured from 100% #316L stainless steel in a unique lightweight, but extremely durable, rod & rail design(backed by a 5-year) structural warranty). The internal ribs of our sectors converge radially to the neck providing for a laminar (smoother) flow of filtrate to the center barrel or rotor. These converging ribs do not allow stock to stick and build up as with traditional style sectors.

The increased open area design of the sector face (approximately 85%) leaves very little area for stock to build up between the sector cover and face. The open sector face allows for a thorough cleaning of the sector cover itself. Both the knock-off and face cleaning shower spray cleans one side of the sector, passes through the body and cleans the back side of the cover on the opposite side. Extended cover life and a reduction in maintenance time necessary to recover a "High Flow"^TM brand sectors is realized.

Radially converging ribs coupled with the increased open area design results in a thicker, drier stock pad. Increases in production/capacity and reduction in maintenance costs equate increased profits for our customers.

"High Flow"^TM brand is defined by:

* A high percent open area in the filtration zone - approximately 86% open area.

* Thorough wash opportunity. With 86% total open area, there is very little area for stock to build up within the sector and between the sector face and cover. Wash showers are able to wash through the media and the sector's internals. This allows the "High Flow"^TM brand sector to maintain a higher level of performance over a longer period of time.

* "High Flow"^TM brand sectors do not suffer from flex fatigue.

* "High Flow"^TM brand sectors meet all the parameters of a sector design that can provide maximum efficiency, service life and reliability.
