OUR PRODUCT WARRANTY

Products manufactured by FABCO, Inc. are warranted at the time of shipment to be free from defects, within normal industry allowances, in materials and workmanship, provided the products are properly installed, used only for the intended purpose and operated under normal service conditions. FABCO, Inc. shall not be liable for goods repaired, altered or modified, or for goods subject to misuse, negligence, carelessness or accident.

Liability with respect to any merchandise proved defective is limited to the buyer's net purchase price, or, at our option, to the repair or replacement thereof upon its return to us freight prepaid, subject in each case to a pro rate charge for any service rendered. In no event shall FABCO, Inc. be liable for supply or pay for labor, downtime or any other loss or damage, either direct, incidental or consequential. Materials returned for inspection must have prior written consent and shall be shipped freight prepaid.

No modification of this warranty shall be made upon our receipt or acknowledgment of a purchase order containing additional or different conditions.

This warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
